# Coupon

A coupon is a credit that can be applied to your EMQX Cloud billing account to offset usage charges. 

To view your available coupons, go to **Billing** -> **Coupons**. The **Coupons** page displays all coupons associated with your account, including usage history and current status.

## View Coupons

1. Click the **Usage Records** icon in the **Action** column to view a coupon's detailed usage records.

2. In the coupon usage records, click the **Bill ID** to view the detailed deduction information.

## How to Get Coupons

Coupons may be distributed through official EMQX promotional events or provided by your sales contact. Follow EMQX announcements or [contact Sales](https://www.emqx.com/en/contact?product=cloud) to learn more.

## Redeem a Promo Code

If you have a promo code (also referred to as a coupon code) for EMQX Cloud, you can use one of the following options to claim the code:

- Redeem a code when you create a new deployment.
  1. On the **New Deployment** page, complete your configuration.
  2. In the **Summary** section, click **View Payment Method**, and then **Redeem Coupon**.
  3. Enter the coupon code and click **Confirm**. If valid, a coupon will be added to your account and applied to eligible charges.
- Redeem a code in the **Coupons** page.
  1. Click **Redeem Coupon**.
  2. Enter the coupon code and click **Confirm**.
