Built-in Trial License ​

  • Duration: No time limit
  • Connection Limit: Maximum 10 concurrent MQTT connections
  • Purpose: Immediate use after download, no application required
  • Application: Automatically included with product download
  • Features: Basic functionality for development and testing
  • Restrictions: Limited to 10 connections

Trial License ​

  • Duration: 15 days (default)
  • Connection Limit: The concurrent MQTT connection number that user applied
  • Purpose: Evaluation and testing purposes
  • Application: Self-service application available
  • Modification: Contact to Sales team to adjust duration and connection limits through backend management system

Official License ​

  • Duration: Customizable based on business requirements
  • Connection Limit: Configurable based on customer needs
  • Purpose: Production and commercial use
  • Application: Contact sales team for custom licensing
  • Features: Full feature access with enterprise support

License Restrictions ​

Install licenses ​

The simplest way to install or update licenses is to click the Update License button in the dashboard.

You can find the Update License button in the Monitor -> Overview -> License section.

Clicking the Update License button will take you to the license upload wizard, where you can upload your license file. After uploading the file, click the confirm button to finalize the process. Your license will take effect immediately.
