Billing Instructions

NAT Gateway

NAT gateways are automatically given a free 14-day trial after they are opened and after the first trial instance ends or is deleted, the next instance created will be charged.

At the end of the trial you will be billed at $0.10/hour and will be charged on an hourly basis to your account balance under your main EMQX Cloud account. If the account balance is insufficient, the service will be automatically deleted.

TIP

When the deployment where the value added service is running is stopped, the non-trial value added service will be billed normally. In order not to incur additional charges, please delete the value added service under this deployment.

Intranet Load Balancers

After the intranet load balancing is opened you will automatically get a 14-day free trial, and after the first trial instance ends or is deleted, the next instance created will be charged.

At the end of the trial you will be billed at $0.05/hour and will be charged on an hourly basis to your account balance under your main EMQX Cloud account. If the account balance is insufficient, the service will be automatically deleted.
