Platform Overview

The Device Agent platform is a commercial solution for running and managing device agents at scale on your own infrastructure. It supports device connectivity, natural language and voice interaction, scheduled tasks, workflows, tools, and A2A multi-agent collaboration, with resource scaling, centralized monitoring, device AI credits, and license management for enterprise production environments.

Platform Advantages

• Private deployment: Run on your own infrastructure, with a deployment solution planned around your existing network, deployment practices, and operational requirements.
• Operation at scale: Centrally run and manage large numbers of device agents, with request-handling and agent-execution resources configured separately. Size the deployment around device counts, request volume, and model-service capacity, and expand runtime resources as your workload grows.
• Centralized monitoring: Use Monitoring to view platform health, agent requests, and AI usage alongside connection, session, and response-latency metrics. These help operators investigate failed requests, usage changes, and interaction delays.
• Usage and license management: Configure Device AI Credits and pricing, and inspect or adjust device balances. Use License Management to view the platform's request allowance and license validity, and arrange capacity upgrades or renewals as needed.

Start Using the Platform

1. Contact us to confirm the deployment environment and workload. Prepare device connectivity, model services, and speech services using Deployment and Configuration.
2. After delivery, open the console address provided and check service configuration and platform health.
3. Check request capacity and validity in License Management. Configure Device AI Credits when you also need a usage budget for each device.
4. Follow Define a Device Agent and IoT Platform Integration or SDK Access to connect your workload, then verify text or voice interaction.
5. Use Monitoring to inspect operation, and plan backups, scaling, and upgrades with Operations.
