Coupon

A coupon is a credit that can be applied to your EMQX Platform billing account to offset usage charges.

To view your available coupons, go to Billing -> Coupons. The Coupons page displays all coupons associated with your account, including usage history and current status.

View Coupons

1. Click the Usage Records icon in the Action column to view a coupon's detailed usage records.

2. In the coupon usage records, click the Bill ID to view the detailed deduction information.

How to Get Coupons

Coupons may be distributed through official EMQX promotional events or provided by your sales contact. Follow EMQX announcements or contact Sales to learn more.

Redeem a Promo Code

If you have a promo code (also referred to as a coupon code) for EMQX Platform, you can use one of the following options to claim the code:

• Redeem a code when you create a new deployment.
  1. On the New Deployment page, complete your configuration.
  2. In the Summary section, click View Payment Method, and then Redeem Coupon.
  3. Enter the coupon code and click Confirm. If valid, a coupon will be added to your account and applied to eligible charges.
• Redeem a code in the Coupons page.
  1. Click Redeem Coupon.
  2. Enter the coupon code and click Confirm.
