Subscriptions
The subscription management feature provides control over the automatic renewal of annual prepaid deployments. However, project managers can only access authorized deployments within their projects. You can mange your subscriptions on the Subscriptions page by select Billing -> Subscriptions from the top menu of the Cloud Console.
TIP
- Each deployment can have its own automatic renewal status, which is set independently.
- Automatic renewal extends the duration for another year.
- Autorenewal is applicable only to annual prepaid deployments.
Subscription Rules
When automatic renewal is enabled for a deployment, the system will attempt to deduct the required amount for one year of the current deployment using the reserved payment method. This deduction occurs 12 hours prior to the expiration time.
The automatic deduction will not be successful if there is an issue with the payment method.
