Billing Instructions

NAT Gateway

After the initial activation of the NAT Gateway, you will automatically receive a 14-day free trial. After the first trial instance ends or is deleted, the next created instance will be charged.

At the end of the trial you will be billed at $0.10/hour and will be charged on an hourly basis to your account balance under your main EMQX Platform account. If the account balance is insufficient, the service will be automatically deleted.

TIP

When the deployment hosting the value-added service is stopped, value-added services not in trial period will be charged normally. To avoid incurring additional charges, please delete the value-added services under this deployment.

Intranet Load Balancers

After the initial activation, you will automatically receive a 14-day free trial. Charges will apply to the next instance created after the first trial instance ends or is deleted.

At the end of the trial you will be billed at $0.05/hour and will be charged on an hourly basis to your account balance under your main EMQX Platform account. If the account balance is insufficient, the service will be automatically deleted.

TIP

When the deployment where the value added service is running is stopped, the non-trial value added service will be billed normally. In order not to incur additional charges, please delete the value added service under this deployment.
