How to Change Your Root User Email Address?
You can go to your account avatar in the upper right corner of the console, click Profile, and update your root user email address under My Account. When you change your email, the system will send a verification code to your old email address. If you can receive the code, follow the instructions to complete the change.
If You Are Not Receiving the Verification Code, Please Check the Following:
- The Domain of Your Old Email is Deactivated: If the domain of your old email is deactivated, you will not be able to receive the verification code. In this case, please submit a support ticket, and we will help you change your email address.
- Your Email Account is Deactivated: Suppose your email account has been deactivated but the domain is still active. In that case, you may contact your IT administrator to set up an email alias, which will allow you to receive the verification code.

Can Resources Be Transferred to Another Account?
Currently, the EMQX Platform does not support transferring resources between accounts. If you need to migrate resources to a new account, we recommend manually recreating and configuring the resources in the new account.
